At EO Bath & Body Boutique, every handcrafted product is made with care and attention to quality. Because many of our products are personal care items, handcrafted in small batches, or custom-made, not all items are eligible for return.

Returns

Returns are generally not accepted unless an item:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Is defective
  • Was incorrect due to an error on our part

If you experience one of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Orders@EOBathNBody.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

We will review your request and work with you to provide the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Personal Care Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used:

  • Candles
  • Wax melts
  • Soaps
  • Skin care
  • Hair care
  • Bath & body products
  • Lip care
  • Any other personal care items

Digital Products

All digital products, including vendor lists, business resources, templates, guides, and downloadable products, are non-refundable once access has been provided.

If you experience a technical problem downloading your purchase, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Print-on-Demand & Customized Products

Print-on-demand and personalized items are made specifically for your order and cannot be returned or exchanged due to:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Color preference

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within several business days, although your financial institution may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
